Turk, one of the original members of the Hot Boys, has called out fellow members Juvenile and Lil Wayne, along with Cash Money Records founders Birdman and Ronald "Slim" Williams and even former in-house producer Mannie Fresh for not supporting him. Turk posted a video to his YouTube account saying that despite reaching out to all of these people numerous times, they have failed to respond to his messages repeatedly. He said that "the last straw" had come now that his father had passed away and that none of the guys who supposedly cared for him had reached out.

Turk also posted an Instagram photo promoting a concert he was doing on Thursday to raise funds to pay for his father's funeral services. The funeral is also taking place on Thursday. In the caption of the picture, Turk offered more insight into the cause of his rift with the former and current members of Cash Money Records, saying that when his little brother died shortly after he was released from prison, he had to pay for the services from out of the funds he had allocated for his attorney fees and did not get support from anybody.

It is worth noting that Turk's comments come less than a month after 2 Chainz released his video for "Used 2." Shot in New Orleans, 2 Chainz brought Turk, Wayne, Juvenile, and Mannie Fresh together to make cameos, with 2 Chainz and several others in the crowd wearing t-shirts saying "Free B.G.," who is currently incarcerated. Since that video, Mannie has said in an interview that his grievances with Cash Money have been largely resolved.
