Judges have reportedly agreed to return Lil Boosie his hard drives and his computers. This will potentially allow the currently incarcerated rapper the opportunity to release new music in the coming months. However, it is also possible that the Baton Rouge native might be out of the Louisiana State Penitentiary by then. Jeff Weiss, who covered Boosie's trial for Rolling Stone, also reported that Boosie's attorneys believe that he will be released within the next five months.
Boosie is currently locked up on drug and probation violation charges. His incarceration began in 2009. During that time, the Baton Rouge native has battled and defeated charges of first degree murder for the killing of Terry Boyd. During his incarceration, he has earned his GED and is believed to have hundreds of unreleased material in the stash.
Just got word that judges have agreed to give back Boosie's hard drives and computers. It means a whole lot of new Boosie music coming soon.
No official release date yet for Boosie's return. But his attorneys say no more than four to five months from today.
