Earlier this year, a list from CelebrityNetWorth was being touted as the law in regards to the highest paid DJs of 2013. I called bullshit for the simple fact that they had both androids from Daft Punk listed individually at making $60 million. In May of 2013... a week after an album was released. If you believed that, I don't know what to tell you. In any case, Forbes has released their list, which is based off of "earnings from live shows, endorsements, merchandise sales, recorded music sales, external business ventures and, in the case of DJ Pauly D, television," with sources for their estimates coming from "Songkick, Pollstar, RIAA, promoters, managers, lawyers and some of the artists themselves." Unsurprisingly, Calvin Harris topped the list at $46 million made, which explains how he could plop down $7 million for his mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

There really shouldn't be any surprises in terms of who made this list, as it reads as a "who's who in EDM," and luckily for DJ Pauly D (your girl's favorite DJ), television has him neck-and-neck with Diplo. Check out the full list via Forbes, or see how everyone was ranked below.

01. Calvin Harris, $46 million

02. Tiësto - $32 million

03. David Guetta - $30 million

04. Swedish House Mafia - $25 million
