Tyga's upcoming album Hotel California features a new song titled "Hit 'Em Up" with Jadakiss and Tupac, and recently, he sat down with MTV News to explain how Pac's vocals ended up on the song. Originally, Tyga wanted Nicki Minaj on the track, but when that fell through, he reached out to Jadakiss.
Then, one of his homies had some Pac vocals, so he chose to include those on the song in the final hour, though he explains that "Hit 'Em Up," which of course has the same title as Pac's infamous Bad Boy diss record, is "not a remake of the original."
