According to a report by HipHopDX, a settlement has been reached between Mac Miller and Lord Finesse after a $10 Million lawsuit was filed in July of 2012 by Finesse saying that Mac used his "Hip 2 Da Game" instrumental on "Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza" without his consent. HipHopDX obtained court documents showing that a settlement was reached on December 6, 2012, but the docs do not contain details about the settlement itself.

We spoke to Mac Miller and asked him to comment on the settlement, and this is what he had to say:

None

Stay tuned for more details as they become public.
