U.S. President Donald Trump has long thirsted after Salma Hayek, the Mexican actress and former model. Remember last fall when Hayek shared the story about shutting Trump down, only to have him plant a story in the National Enquirer that he wouldn’t date her because she was too short?

Well, it turns out there’s more where that came from. Hayek just appeared on The Daily Show and Trevor Noah had a great time listening to her stories about Trump. Hayek provided more detail about the original story that surfaced in October.

“I was at an event with my boyfriend … [Trump was] so charming, so nice, super nice … he kept talking to my boyfriend, and then he befriended my boyfriend, invited him to dinner … and then he was like, ‘If you guys are in New York, you can come to Atlantic City, you can stay in my hotel. Give me your numbers.’ … [He] never talked to my boyfriend again. Now, he’s calling, he’s inviting me out.”

So Trump got the couple’s numbers, but only called Hayek. She reminded him she had a boyfriend and said she wouldn’t date him even if she were single, but Trump was undeterred.

“He’s not good enough for you,” Trump said, per Hayek. “Not important, he’s not big enough for you. You have to go out with me.”

In an ironic twist of fate, Hayek didn’t end up with that boyfriend, but she did end up marrying a billionaire—Francois-Henri Pinault, a French businessman and the CEO of Kering, a luxury goods company.
