Hillary Clinton criticized President Donald Trump's handling of the London terror attack while speaking at a fundraiser for the Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel on Monday. "It's a time for steady, determined leadership — like we are seeing from local authorities in London, including the mayor of London." she said, per CNN. Taking on the type of presidential tone that this country has been missing since Barack Obama left the office, Clinton stressed the need for countries to work together, saying, "It's even more important that we work together with our allies and our friends and our partners — yes, to keep us safe, but also to expand our understanding of what we can achieve together."

Shortly after the attack involving three men who drove a van into pedestrians before stabbing people in nearby bars and restaurants, Trump sent out the following tweet, offering the United States's support.

Whatever the United States can do to help out in London and the U. K., we will be there - WE ARE WITH YOU. GOD BLESS!

While addressing the incident, Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, reassured his citizens that an increased police presence didn't mean that there was a reason to be alarmed. “Londoners will see an increased police presence today and over the course of the next few days,” he said. “No reason to be alarmed. One of the things, the police, all of us need to do, is make sure we’re as safe as we possibly can be."

Trump blasted Khan over his remarks in a series of idiotic tweets early Sunday morning.

We must stop being politically correct and get down to the business of security for our people. If we don't get smart it will only get worse

At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is "no reason to be alarmed!"

Do you notice we are not having a gun debate right now? That's because they used knives and a truck!

Khan isn't paying any mind to Trump or his tweets right now because the mayor of London simply has "more important things to do." None of which include using this incident to instill fear into his people.
