Halloween is still a few weeks away, but incredibly, offensive costumes are already on display. And in one case, they're getting taken off display as retailers Amazon, Target, and Walmart have recalled a highly transphobic costume.

According to Yahoo, the costume in question is called the "Tranny Granny" and was marketed as a unique costume for men. "All the guys will be dressing up as superheroes and princes," the costume's listing said, "but you will stand out among the rest in this hilarious Granny Men’s Costume!"

The costume includes a floral dress, fake hair curlers, a pink and floral hair cap, and padding for a faux butt and sagging boobs. The costume's description, according to Yahoo, stated the only thing missing from the costume was cosmetics: "Slap on some makeup and get ready for your granny walk and you will have the room roaring with laughter!"

The costume was being sold on all the sites through a third party seller called Rasta Imposta, which lists the costume under the name "Manny Granny." Yahoo reports that Target was selling the costume with the name "Women's Granny Costume One Size Fits Most" before pulling it.

In a comment to LGBTQ Nation, Walmart said they decided to pull the costume from their website because it violated their terms for third party sellers. Ravi Jariwala, who works for Walmart's Media Relations told LGBTQ Nation, "While it’s listed on other sites, it clearly violates our policy and was quickly removed once we were notified. We’re appalled this seller put it on our site to begin with."
