A constant problem in politics is mobilizing and encouraging young people to vote in a system they feel did wrong by them. While Hillary Clinton is trying to be "chill" by appropriating AAVE, dabbing, hanging out with UCB grads, and calling herself an "abuela" (grandmother in Spanish), her husband is not so accommodating to cursed millennials.

Former president Bill Clinton took at jab at Bernie Sanders and the majority of his supporters being young in an interview with NBC News. Chillary's husband said, "I think it’s fine that all these young students have been so enthusiastic for her opponent, and it sounds so good, just shoot every third person on Wall Street and everything will be fine," later back pedaling in the vein of most politicians and refusing to take accountability, "that’s a joke, it’s a total joke."

Sanders (or rather, his social media manager) clapped back yesterday on Twitter by noting, "We should be encouraging young people to get involved in politics, not disparaging them. This seems to be a pattern."

This comes about after Clinton made insensitive remarks to Black Lives Matter protestors, defending his racist 1994 crime bill, telling them, “You are defending the people who kill the lives you say matter.”

Hillary, come get your husband, but please don't make him release an apology video where he says "fleek" each time he dabs.
